Recommendation: Reduce bumps and limit ingrown hairs that appear after shaving or waxing.

I'm still going through on-going personal test trials for this hair serum. The blend of lactic acid, toning willow bark extract, cucumber, plus clarifying tea tree and sage oils help with the skin agitation noticed after shaving or waxing. What I've noticed so far is that it does help and soothe the skin and I'm still measuring out if it helps to keep the skin both exfoliated and smooth to allow new hair to grow without being caught within the epidermis resulting in bumps as the hair curls to grow within the skin. This may take a bit longer to see results, but I'm hopeful with longer term use I'll notice more. The blend appears to be very skin friendly which is good for my sensitive skin.

The application feels a bit messy at first, but it does absorb into the skin rather quickly once applied to the previously shaved or waxed areas. The scent itself is nothing I've really noticed as being prominent, but that's good since I'd rather have the fragrance of a body lotion or spray linger. I've run across other products in the past that are good for after shaving treatments, so this might be a personal preference as to what works for each individual. It's soothing enough that if one from the male demographic wanted to use this as a treatment after a facial shave, I don't see why they couldn't use it and notice results. Their facial hair may be more coarse than hair that appears on the legs, but it's worth testing out as this doesn't leave a stinging feeling one would get with a typical facial aftershave. Plus, it doesn't carry a potent scent and leaves it easier to use a regular body spray or even a cologne during a daily routine.
